The Brief
A lot of doctors are trapped in a box when it comes to marketing and web design from all the niche physician website builders and agencies. That was certainly the case for Nostalgia Family Medicine and Wellness Center. They were stuck with a website that was plain and boring, and didn’t match their brand personality and personal touch at all. They needed a website that would show their patients what to expect when they come into the clinic for the first time.
Our Approach
Something you won’t get from most marketing and website design agencies is the willingness to go in and become a customer or patient. That’s exactly what we did. Our founder, Chad Kraft, made an appointment to get a check up and walk through the process as a Nostalgia Family Medicine patient. This allowed us to see what the process actually looked and felt like to put it into action online.
We were able to build a site that look and felt like their practice and matched their family values and caring brand identity. When you visit the Nostalgia website, you know you’re not visiting a doctor affiliated with a large hospital, you’re working with a local, friendly family doctor who will treat you like family and not a number.
