Chad Kraft, founder of Imphasis, is a member and the vice president of the Synergy chapter of Business Network International (BNI) in Winter Park, FL. The group exists to help business owners and salespeople to build their business on referrals by helping other members to get to know one another and be their extended salesforce.
As a business owner, you know that for a customer to do business with you, they must like, know, and trust you. As a marketing agency built on referrals, this is so important to our business’s growth. That’s one of the many reasons we are a member of two (2) BNI chapters. Our founder, Chad Kraft, is a member of BNI Synergy – a chapter in Central Florida that meets in Winter Park, FL (either in-person or virtually via Zoom) at 11:30 am every Wednesday. Website consultant, Seth Parmenter, is a member of BNI Springs – a chapter that meets Tuesdays at 8:45 am in Maitland/Altamonte Springs, FL.
What is BNI?
Business Network International (BNI) is the largest networking organization globally with thousands of chapters, tens of thousands of members who pass millions of referrals that translates to billions of dollars of business being passed each year. In Central Florida, we have over 40 chapters with nearly a thousand members passing hundreds of thousands of referrals which translates to over 32 million dollars of closed business.
BNI focuses on referrals > leads with the concept “givers gain”. It is basically built on the law of reciprocity and the concept of “what goes around comes around”. As a part of BNI, your fellow members act as an extension of your sales team. You basically have 15-50+ people looking for business opportunities for you at all times. If you have a business that can be referred to, BNI could be for you.
What To Expect
At BNI Synergy, the room is filled with passionate business owners, entrepreneurs, and sales professionals who are givers. This room is on a mission to help their fellow members succeed by actively looking for referrals for each and every one of them. The purpose of BNI is to better ourselves and our business while helping others and BNI Synergy in Winter Park, FL does an amazing job at that.
When To Visit
BNI Synergy is now a “hybrid chapter” meaning we meet in-person the first meeting of each month and virtually the rest of the month. Depending on your preference, you could visit either in-person or virtually the first time. The content is always the same, though the energy level in person is usually higher.
